Readings Eph 1-3

Paul does some serious writing. Anyway, this whole predestination talk is coming out of a man...inspired by the Holy Spirit. Who's to say who's inspired by the Holy Spirit and who's not? Wonder if Jesus ever uses that word. Man's word is man's word after all. Even wisdom should be taken with a pinch of salt.

    according to 2 timothy 3:16, the entire bible is the inspired word of God (however, the translations that came afterwards are fallable)

    my belief is that once the apostleship ended (when the last apostle died), that's when God's inspiration for the writing of the scriptures ended. (ie. the bible was complete and anything that came afterwards was not the inspired word of God)

    of course, in order to believe this, you need to FIRST presuppose that the bible is absolute truth.
